First Aid

Hope Mountain Centre for Outdoor Learning (HMCOL) guides and/or operators have current certification in Wilderness First Aid or Marine Basic First Aid. Fully-equipped first aid kits are carried by our guides/operators at all HMCOL courses.

HMCOL Program Partners

HMCOL teams up with professional service providers that are certified within their industry and carry requisite liability insurance.

Liability

HMCOL is sufficiently insured and strives to provide educational experiences that not only are safe but teach safe practices as well. Due to the nature of outdoor recreation, these trips involve personal risk. Hope Mountain Centre assumes no responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property and we will require each participant to sign a liability release and assumption of risk form prior to departure.
