About the event

Please join us on Monday, March 2, 2026 for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to hear what we have been up to over the past year. Everyone welcome.


Come and mingle, have some snacks, and watch a great short film! We'll be showing Gold Rush: The Nuggets They Left Behind [trailer below], which is a short 30 minute film about the development and bouldering in the magnificent, historical, and traditional territory of the Stó꞉lō First Nations of the Fraser Canyon in British Columbia. Film Director Denis Langlois will be in attendance to chat and answer any questions.

Note that everyone is welcome to attend this event but only members can vote during the meeting. Becoming a HMCOL member (no cost - you can sign up at the door) and attending tour AGM helps us to be eligible for certain grant funding that is essential to the work we do so please consider becoming a member and attending this event!

Meet and Greet 6-6:15pm

Intro to Feature Film 6:15-6:20

Film Screening 6:20-6:50pm

Film Q&A with Film Director 6:50-7pm

AGM meeting 7-8pm


Location: Mountainview Brewing, 390 Old Hope Princeton Way, Hope, BC


Light snacks will be provided, and beverages will be available for purchase from the brewery.
